关晓宁,北京邮电大学特聘副研究员,硕士生导师。2021年获北京邮电大学博士学位。2021-2023年在北京邮电大学从事博士后研究。2023年经人才引进至北京邮电大学集成电路学院。累计发表SCI检索论文20余篇;申请发明专利5项;主持KJW国家级项目、国家重点研发计划北邮子课题等项目,并作为骨干参与国家重点研发计划、国家自然科学基金等项目。
