张博,北京邮电大学特聘副研究员,硕士生导师。20216月博士毕业于北京邮电大学电子科学与技术专业。20217月至20237月于清华大学从事博士后研究工作。20238月经人才引进至北京邮电大学集成电路学院工作。目前已在Adv Energy MaterAdv Funct MaterNano EnergyJ Phys Chem LettCarbon等期刊上发表SCI论文40余篇。主持和参与国家级项目多项。


主要研究方向

主要从事新型传感器、传感器阵列在片集成与数据融合等方面的研究,具体包括:(1)基于新材料、新原理和新结构的生物/气体/磁光等传感器;(2)多功能传感阵列在片集成电路设计;(3)智能传感器芯片。
